Laura is part of the firm since June 2022 working in the process of negotiating commercial agreements, the preparation, revision and subscription of contracts; and providing advice in the regulatory and compliance area for the development of all types of companys operations.

She is also dedicated to the completion of processes and administrative procedures to obtain all types of permits and licenses. She also conducts research and issues legal opinions.

Laura is directly involved in due diligence processes, mergers and liquidations of companies; and advises for participation and competition in bidding processes, free management and direct contracting with government institutions.
