Marcela joined in November 2017 as a paralegal. Since then, because of her proactivity and commitment to the firm, she was promoted to associate in June 2023.

She has experience in the public sector, as an intern at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, collaborating on important projects within this entity.

Currently, she is recognized by our clients, mainly foreign, for her attentive service and reliability. She has experience in Immigration and Labor Law, Corporate Law, and non-contentious jurisdiction matters. She coordinates projects and provides advice primarily on immigration matters, collaborating with the process of regularization of immigration statuses for foreign nationals in Guatemala.

She is characterized by her customer service, responsible management, and problem-solving abilities.
