In January 2023, she joined the Banking and Finance Department, where she currently provides legal advice and assistance to companies on issues related to mergers and acquisitions and financing. As well as legal assistance to regulated subjects of the banking and securities sector.
Her experience includes due diligence processes, preparation, review, and formalization of operational documents.
During her masters studies she had the opportunity to acquire knowledge in Legal Negotiation, International Insurance and Banking Law, among others.
Paula joined the firm as an associate in the Regulatory Department in October 2020. In this area, she dedicated herself to providing advice and assistance to clients in matters related to labor, commercial, health, and consumer protection law.
