Tomás has focused his practice on dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation of various types and is a specialist in antitrust litigation, commercial arbitration and unfair competition. He has led the defense of domestic and foreign companies in several of the most relevant litigations in recent years in collusion, corporate, contractual, telecommunications and energy disputes, among others.

He permanently advises clients from the most varied industries in the design and implementation of negotiation and defense strategies, and also in non-contentious matters in the field of free competition, such as preventive advice, control of concentration operations, investigations by the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office, and, in general, in the support for the definition of sensitive issues for the competitive development of his clients.
