Valeria Sánchez is member of our Capital Markets, Financing, Regulatory, Structured Products, Funds and Securitizations departments, where she focuses her practice on complex transactions in the Peruvian and cross border markets, such as corporate financings, and capital markets transactions, as well as securities and financial system regulation.

Valeria has a strong expertise advising local and international sponsors, banks, multilateral entities, as well as companies from a wide range of industries and services (agriculture, fishing, retail, education, real estate, among others) in the structuring of financings, and operations involving the issuance of complex and highly sophisticated financial instruments, the structuring of investment and mutual funds, and the securitization of assets. Valeria also has experience in advising on the structuring of family estates.

Valeria obtained her undergraduate law degree (LL.B.) from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. where she was ranked in the top 10th of the Law School. Prior to joining our team, Valeria worked as a lawyer in La Fiduciaria S.A, where she advised in the structuring of trust estates and its administration.
