She has been in charge of providing labor advice in multiple due diligence processes for national and international companies.
In addition to her extensive experience in labor matters, she has worked in different areas such as Administrative Law, with vast experience in the registration, management and cancellation of Distribution issues, Environmental Law, diligently managing the Environmental Licensing of the different companies to which she provides attention, as well as extensive experience in conflict resolution in matters of Consumer Protection.
Valerya has been part of the firm since 2016. She is part of the Labor and Litigation Department. She has extensive experience in legal advice and assistance to corporate clients in labor matters, from the prevention of occupational hazards, providing advice to the Human Resources departments of companies, conducting audits, drafting and review of contracts, Internal Regulations, and labor policies of different companies. In addition, she has great ability to resolve claims, labor disputes, dismissals, advice, highlighting a great capacity for negotiation and conciliation.
