Coney Park acquires majority shareholding Interest in Happy City

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as Colombian legal advisor to Coney Park, a subsidiary of Grupo El Comercio, the largest media group in Peru, in connection with its acquisition of a majority shareholding interests in Divertronica Medellín S.A.S. and Diver Happy S.A.S.

With more than 50 Happy City amusement parks in Colombia, Divertronica and Diver Happy together, are one of the leaders in such sector in Colombia.
