Aptean acquires Open Systems Adaptable Solutions 

Aptean, a global enterprise software solutions provider acquired Open Systems Adaptable Solutions (OSAS), a leading enterprise resource planning software solutions provider.

BLP advised Aptean throughout the whole process, from the due diligence to the closing of the transaction. Through this transaction, OSAS will be able to extend Aptean’s complementary offerings to its customers and leverage Aptean’s global scale to accelerate their growth.It was a challenging transaction for the short terms and some regulatory complexities in the country.

Amount of the transaction: USD 115,000,000.
