CH2M HILL acquired the Argentine subsidiary of Lockwood Greene

Estudio Beccar Varela has assisted CH2M HILL, a global engineering and construction company, with its acquisition of the Argentine subsidiary of Lockwood Greene, as part of a global deal for $95.5 million.

Lockwood Greene is a major engineering and construction firm focused on national and multinational industrial and power clients worldwide.
