Freshfields advises KKH Property Investors on acquisition of building Paseig de Gràcia 111

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised KKH Property Investors, investment firm participated by KKH Capital Group and Perella Weinberg Real Estate, on the acquisition of the building located in Paseig de Gràcia 111, Barcelona (Spain).

KKH Property Investors has recently been created by KKH Capital Group and Perella Weinberg Real Estate, with approximately €200m of stockholders’ equity committed and an initial investment capacity of about €500m (including the potential financial leverage). KKH Property Investors has already allocated approximately €250m to current projects, including Passeig de Gràcia 111.

The Freshfields team was led by head of real estate practice in Spain Fernando Soto, supported by head of tax practice Silvia Paternain and tax senior assocaite Bosco Montejo.
