García Sayán Abogados welcomes new lawyers

García Sayán Abogados is pleased to announce that, starting January of 2013, Miss Mariapia Sáenz Portugal and Mr. César Vega Rodríguez have joined the firm as part of the ​​Tax Law practice area.

Miss Sáenz specializes in Tax and Administrative Law. Her practice is centered in legal advising to local and foreign investors in administrative procedures, tax procedures and other subjects related. She is a lawyer graduated with honors from Universidad de Piura (2011) and speaks fluent English.

Mr. Vega specializes in Tax and Constitutional Areas. Mr. Vega holds a law degree in Universidad Privada del Norte - Trujillo (2005), awarded with the Academic Excellence in Law 2005 - José León Barandiaran Hart Prize for La Libertad Public Registry, has a Master holding a scholarship from the Peruvian Government in France (Université Franche - Comte), along with a Diploma of Specialization in Constitutional Law and Constitutional Litigation, with extensive experience as a private attorney in the construction sector, telecommunications and trade. He speaks French and is a member of the Piura Bar.
