Gonzalez & Ferraro Mila advises Transnational Foods in the acquisition of Andes Gourmet in Argentina

Transnational Foods Inc., together with the Argentine entrepreneur Mr. Hugo Pulenta, acquired 100% of the capital stock of Andes Gourmet, a producer and distributor of olives and related products with headquarters in the Province of San Juan, Argentina, for an investment of 20 Million Pesos.

Transnational Foods is a US based company with 6 distribution centers in that country, with sales for more than US$100 million a year and more than 35,000 points of sale.

Gonzalez & Ferraro Mila acted as legal advisors to Transnational Foods, through a team consisting of partner  Pablo A. Melhem and associate Ignacio Sanchez Vaqueiro.

Mr. Pulenta has been advised by his counsel Gustavo Sánchez.
