Marval and Bruchou in Genneia?s eleventh local issuance
Genneia S.A. (“Genneia” or the “Issuer”) issued its XI local notes under its USD 200,000,000 global short, medium and long term note programme (the “Notes”). Genneia is an Argentine energy company which primarily operates in power generation, but also currently operates in natural gas transportation and services, natural gas distribution, natural gas pipeline construction and energy commercialization businesses.
The Notes were issued in an aggregate amount of USD 35,000,000 and bear interest at a 6.25% fixed interest rate per annum, with maturity on February 19, 2016. The Notes are dollar linked securities (bonds denominated in United States Dollars which are paid-in by the investors and payable by the Issuer in Pesos at an applicable exchange rate).
