Nader Hayaux & Goebel advises Fibra Hotel on MXN 10 billion programme

Nader Hayaux & Goebel (NHG) advised Fibra Hotel on the establishment and registration of a new five-year programme for the issuance of long-term debt certificates and real estate trust certificates (CBFIs) for an aggregate amount of up to MXN 10 billion, or its equivalent in Investment Units (UDIs) or U.S. dollars.

The new programme provides Fibra Hotel with greater flexibility to access financing through the capital markets, either through debt issuances bearing fixed or variable interest rates or through equity issuances in the form of CBFIs.

The transaction falls within the Securities and Capital Markets practice and involves Mexico as its jurisdiction. The announcement and closing date was August 28, 2026.

The Nader Hayaux & Goebel team was led by Partners Michell Nader S. and Ana Paula Telleria R., with Associates Regina Ortega M. and Carlos Andrés Pérez S. also participating.

With a maximum aggregate amount of MXN 10 billion, the programme broadens Fibra Hotel’s financing alternatives by allowing it to access both debt and equity instruments through the capital markets.
