New Partner at Prieto Abogados

Prieto appoints Nicolás Yuraszeck as head partner of the Projects and Infrastructure department at the firm.

With more than 10 years of experience at the Firm, Nicolás Yuraszeck assumes as a partner from April.

He is part of the Corporate Law team, focused on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, energy and natural resources infrastructure and construction projects, including EPC, BOO, Turn Key and O&M contracts.

He studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, earning his law degree with two distinction votes in 2007. He also completed a Master degree in Tax Administration and Management at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (2012-2013) and a MSc in Law and Finance at Queen Mary University of London in 2016.

He worked at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang (2016), at the construction group. Also, during 2017 he worked as a foreign lawyer at the capital markets group of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton (London Office), where he was involved in several capital markets and M&A transactions.
