Pérez-Llorca advises IBV on the sale of its subsidiary Vinzeo to Esprinet Iberica

Pérez-Llorca advised IBV, a joint venture of BBVA and Iberdrola, on the sales process of its subsidiary Vinzeo Technologies for 74.1 million euros to Esprinet Iberica.

The operation encompassed carrying out an internal legal review of Vinzeo Technologies and its subsidiaries in all areas of the law, as well as advising IBV on the review, drafting and negotiation of the sales and purchase agreement and other additional agreements. Furthermore, Pérez-Llorca carried out the evaluation, design and coordination of the sale of Vinzeo Technologies’ national and international subsidiaries (carve-out) in order to place them outside the perimeter of the operation.
