Pérez-Llorca grows by 28% in 2025 to reach 211.3 million euros in revenue

March 19, 2026

  • Legal advice in Spain grew by 17% compared to 2024, reaching €155.8 million.
  • 26% of Pérez-Llorca’s global pro forma revenue (€55.5 million) came from the Firm’s Portuguese, Mexican, and Colombian businesses.
  • The Firm has increased its sales sixfold in the last decade.

Pérez-Llorca has increased its global pro forma revenue by 28% in 2025, closing the year with €211.3 million (approximately $250 million), a figure that consolidates the double-digit growth trajectory the Firm has maintained over the last five years. This pro forma revenue includes sales for the entire 2025 fiscal year in Spain, Portugal, and Mexico, as well as in Colombia, a new market for the Firm.

The Firm’s sales in Spanish law increased to €155.8 million, representing approximately 17% more than in 2014. Sales in Portuguese, Mexican, and Colombian law registered pro forma sales of €55.5 million, accounting for 26% of the Firm’s global revenue. This revenue growth reflects both the solid performance of the Spanish market and the strong expansion of the international business, which continues to gain importance within the Firm.

These figures, pending the completion of the audit, once again place Pérez-Llorca at record sales levels and consolidate its trajectory of sustained growth. Over the last decade (2016-2025), Pérez-Llorca has increased its sales sixfold.

"The growth achieved in 2025 is the result of having a very clear roadmap in the four markets where we operate: advising our clients on highly complex transactions, significant disputes, and regulatory matters, with consistent standards of excellence and a clear focus on attracting and developing top talent. Our ambition is, and will continue to be, to grow in all the jurisdictions where we are present," stated Pedro Pérez-Llorca, Managing Partner of Pérez-Llorca.

International strategy

To drive and capitalize on its global growth, Pérez-Llorca launched Scala in 2025, an internal project designed to leverage the opportunities presented by its internationalization process and consolidate its position as one of the leading legal services firms in Latin America. Scala not only facilitates selective expansion in key markets and the comprehensive and coordinated service of major clients with a multi-jurisdictional presence, but also channels the international opportunities for Pérez-Llorca’s talent.

As part of this initiative, Pedro Pérez-Llorca, Managing Partner of the Firm, has temporarily moved to Mexico City for a year with the aim of strengthening a growing project on the ground and supporting the Americas team: Iván Delgado, International Executive Partner; Jorge Mondragón, Country Chair of Mexico; and Mauricio Piñeros, Country Chair of Colombia.

Julio Lujambio, Executive Partner, implements the strategy and manages the Iberian market from Spain, while Constanza Vergara, Partner and COO of Pérez-Llorca, coordinates the Firm’s operational management. Project Scala also includes a reorganization of the group of companies to capture all emerging opportunities while ensuring the most suitable structure.
