Quicorp sold pharmacy chain to Peru’s Inretail

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal advisor in Colombia to Quicorp in its global sale of its pharmacy chain Mifarma, Fasa and BTL to Peru’s InRetail for USD 583 million globally. The transaction involves Quicorp pharmacy chains in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Colombia.
