Adriana Acuña

Adriana is a director at BLP’s San José, Costa Rica office.

She specializes in corporate law, advising companies on a range of day-to-day corporate and corporate governance matters. She also

advises domestic and multinational companies across a range of industries on mergers, acquisitions, sales and corporate restructurings, conducting extensive due diligence, preparing reports and drafting and negotiating transaction agreements.

She joined BLP in 2015 as an associate, having previously worked as a legal assistant at BLP, LLMR&T and Integra Abogados.
