Alejandro Alberte

Alejandro Alberte joined Pérez-Llorca in December 2018, after more than 14 years’ experience at leading domestic and international firms.

Experience

Alejandro has extensive experience advising on a wide range of corporate transactions (LBOs, MBOs, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures), primarily with an international component. In recent years, he has focused on the energy and infrastructure sectors, particularly investment funds in these sectors. Alongside this specialisation, he has advised on other M&A transactions involving private equity funds and major domestic and international industrial companies.
