Cristian Daniel Bittel

Cristian Daniel Bittel joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2004 and was appointed partner in 2016. He currently works in the intellectual property practice, specialising in patents.

Before joining the firm, he was a CONICET fellow at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology of Rosario.

He graduated with a degree in biotechnology from the National University of Rosario in 1996 and subsequently completed several postgraduate programmes, including a PhD in biological sciences at the same university and a postgraduate programme in industrial property at INPI.

He has served as a teaching assistant in biology and has written several articles in his field.

He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
