Daniel Francisco Di Paola

Daniel Francisco Di Paola joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2000. He is currently co-head of the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) department and leads the entertainment, esports and gaming practice.

Before joining the firm, he worked as a paralegal at Angel F. Di Paola & Asociados for six years.

He graduated with honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a law degree in 1999 and later earned a master’s degree in telecommunications from the same university.

He leads many of the department’s largest and most complex cases and has been involved in most of the key matters handled by the firm’s TMT department over the past 20 years. These matters typically rank among the most significant and complex in the local TMT industry. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory and corporate advice in these practice areas.

He has been recognized as an expert and leading lawyer in TMT by legal publications including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

Daniel has written many articles in his practice area. He is a member of the “Innovación en Telecomunicaciones” committee at AmCham Argentina, a delegate to the international network of lawyers TechLaw Group, and a member of Marval’s Strategic Innovation Committee.

He is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal.
