Eduardo Rodríguez-Rovira has been a lawyer at Uría Menéndez since 1990 and was appointed partner in 2000. From early 2001 to September 2003, he was based in the firm’s Buenos Aires office, where he focused his practice on advising numerous Spanish and foreign groups on their investments in Latin American countries.
Rodríguez-Rovira heads the firm’s Latin American legal practice. His areas of expertise include project and acquisition finance, debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and banking law. Eduardo speaks English and French and is a member of the International Bar Association and the International Swap Dealers Association.
