Edvin Montoya

1. Mergers and Acquisitions: he has directed and coordinated Due Diligence processes and purchase of shares of companies at a national and international level.
2. Banking and Finance: has advised and provided legal services related to loans of different natures, especially national and international syndicated loans and the granting of guarantees of different types.
3. Asset Administration: has advised local clients in the design and implementation of asset strategies.
4. Conflict Resolution and Litigation: he has more than 10 years of experience in directing and prosecuting judicial, civil, commercial, administrative and labor processes, and is a judicial representative for SMEs and various government entities.
5. Tax Law: has advised local clients in the design and implementation of tax and property strategies.
6. Telecommunications: has advised companies providing wireless solutions for the development of telecommunications towers at the local level.
