Extensive experience in banking and corporate matters, especially in credit structures with local and foreign parties. Professional practice advising various operations, among which is the structuring of syndicated loans, establishment of guarantee trusts and debt service and asset securitization. Participation in several business acquisitions and mergers of companies, both in the banking and commercial fields. Advice to companies and private clients, organizing corporate and personal asset structures, both in the local territory and abroad. Advice on franchise contracts for several fast food restaurants in the territory of Central America and the Dominican Republic. In addition to my professional activities, I have been mentioned in Chambers and Partners as a "Leading Lawyer" and in the International Finance Lawyer Review as a "Rising Star".
