Javier E. Patrón

He joined Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 1992 and has been a partner since 1997. He currently heads the employment and social security department.

He advises on all aspects of his practice area. He also represents clients in administrative proceedings before various government agencies.

He previously served at Labour Court No. 1 of the Judicial District of San Isidro, Buenos Aires Province, from 1987 - 1992, and at Juvenile Court No. 3 of the Judicial District of San Isidro from 1986 - 1987

Education

• He graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino in 1988.

Academic Activities

• He has served as an assistant professor of Labour Law and Social Security at the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino since 1991, and as a teaching assistant in Labour Law at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires from 1989- 1992.
• He has spoken at numerous courses and seminars on topics related to his practice area.
