Bomchil Advises CGC on Class 41 Notes Issuance

Bomchil advised Compañía General de Combustibles S.A. (the "Company"), while Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised the book-running managers and placement agents, in connection with the issuance of the Company’s 8.00% US dollar-denominated Notes Series 41, due September 2029, for an aggregate amount of US$83,573,632 (the "Notes Series 41").

The issuance took place on September 7, 2026, under the Company’s Frequent Issuer Regime.

The Notes Series 41 were subscribed and paid-in (i) in kind, through the exchange of the Company’s Notes Series 36 and 37, and (ii) in cash, in US dollars in Argentina. The Company will allocate the proceeds from the placement of the Notes Series 41 substantially to the refinancing of its liabilities.

Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U. participated as book-running managers and placement agents. The Notes Series 41 are listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and admitted for trading on A3 Mercados S.A.
