On November 19, Lima, Peru, will host the second edition of this regional summit. Guillermo Camacho will lead a specialist panel entitled “Ultimate Beneficial Owner and Tax Transparency: New Requirements for Corporate and Wealth Structures.” The discussion will examine the rapidly evolving global regulatory landscape surrounding tax compliance, transparency requirements and corporate disclosure obligations. Drawing on extensive experience in corporate structuring, cross-border transactions and wealth planning, Guillermo will offer practical strategies for optimising governance frameworks for international clients while ensuring full compliance.

With more than two decades of international legal and operational leadership experience, Guillermo Camacho brings extensive expertise to the summit. As COO of VIVANCO & VIVANCO, he leads the firm’s corporate advisory services across the region, specialising in complex transaction structuring and strategic negotiations. He holds a law degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Miami School of Law, combining strong academic credentials with practical legal insight.
