TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised on a new issuance of Notes of Compañía TSB

TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Compañía TSB S.A. ("TSB" or the "Company") as issuer and Banco CMF S.A., Banco Comafi S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Macro Securities S.A.U. and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires as arrangers and placement agents (the "Placement Agents"), in the issuance of PyMEs CNV Guaranteed Series II Class I Notes for an aggregate amount of US$3,643,853, denominated in U.S. dollars and payable in pesos, due on September 20, 2026, (the "Notes"). The Notes were issued on September 20, 2024.

The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco CMF S.A., Banco Comafi S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco Macro S.A. and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires as Guarantee Entities duly authorized by the National Securities Commission ("CNV" for its acronym in Spanish).

TSB is an Argentinean company engaged in the provision of oil services. It also provides environmental services, such as treatments for contaminated soils, integral waste management and transport of hazardous waste.
