Grupo Evans appoints Giannina Bocchi as new Partner  

Grupo Evans has announced the appointment of lawyer Giannina Bocchi J. as a new partner in the Public Law Practice.

Giannina has an extensive career linked to Public Law and is a specialist in urban development, in aspects related to urban planning and legality, as well as in other matters of Administrative Law.

She holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a master’s degree (C) in Law, majoring in Public Law, from the Universidad de Chile.
She is currently a clinical professor at the Law Clinic of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC).

In her professional career, she previously worked at the law firms Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría and Barros & Errázuriz. In addition, she held a position as internal comptroller of the Chilean Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

Partner Fernando Molina says that her appointment as partner "allows to further strengthen the Public Law and Contentious-Administrative practices of the firm, due to her extensive experience in the urban planning area.
