Peruvian law firm Zuzunaga & Assereto, leader in tax law, opens an office in Barcelona

Joining the growing list of Latin American firms opening offices in Spain, Peruvian firm Zuzunaga & Assereto Abogados, specialised in tax law, foreign trade and customs, corporate law and wealth management, has landed in Spain by opening an office in Barcelona.

The firm, ranked in Band 1 in Tax for more than 15 years in the prestigious Chambers and Partners directory, provides highly sophisticated tax services to both corporate and high net worth individuals.

From the Peruvian law practice, the firm will advise Spanish high net worth individuals on their investments in Latin America and Peruvian high net worth individuals on their investments in Spain; as well as Spanish companies on their arrival in Latin America and Peruvian companies on their arrival in Spain.

The new office is located next to Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona and will be led by leading partner in international taxation and wealth protection, Luciana Yañez.
