W CAPITAL, through its new subsidiary, W SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS S.A.C. (W FACTORING), has launched a new line of business in Factoring, joining said industry together with other specialized companies and existing investment funds, and increasing the offer for financing in the market through the discount of negotiable invoices.
 
In this way, W CAPITAL increases its offer of investment products, with an Investment Fund management line, through W CAPITAL SAFI and now in Factoring matters, through W FACTORING.
 
Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas has provided comprehensive legal advice to W FACTORING in the structuring and implementation of this new product, both at the level of the incorporation of said entity as a specialized company registered with the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFP, as well as in the contractual structuring and business funding.
