Lawyer with more than 30 years of experience in commercial law matters, banking and finance and corporate law. He has been advisor to various structured credit transactions, domestic and cross-border, syndicated and secured, as well as in various mergers and acquisitions of companies, as well as issuances of private and public debt. Within his career he has been a professor of commercial law and a speaker in various forums. Founding partner of Fegamo and Vasaf. Previously, he worked in international law firms and companies in the banking sector.

• He was a district councilor for districts 3 and 6 of the Federal Electoral Institute for the electoral processes within 1997 and 2003.
• He is a member of the board of directors and legal advisor (Pro-bono) of Formando Emprendedores, A.B.P.
• He is a member of the board of directors and legal advisor (Pro-bono) of Centro Cultural Loyola de Monterrey, A.C.
• He is a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.
• He is a member of the academic council of the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey from 1994 to 1997 and 2017 to 2020.
• Associate Member of the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey, A.C., and member of its Board of Directors.
