Ricardo Morales Barrón has over 20 years of experience advising multinational and national companies. His area of expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, antitrust and competition law, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, corporate restructurings, foreign investment law, including relevant aspects of acquiring and selling businesses in Mexico, joint ventures, establishment and organization of companies in Mexico, drafting and negotiation of contracts, and in general all relevant aspects of corporate law, including of the development of corporate governance and family-owned companies’ internal policies. Morales Barrón has a diverse client base, which are industry leaders in some of the most relevant sectors in Mexico, such as automotive, aerospace, mining, textile, refrigeration, manufacturing, among others.
