Ibáñez Parkman has a new partner

Ibáñez Parkman, S.C. is pleased to announce that Attorney Jesús Alejandro Araujo Delgado has join to the firm as partner responsible for taxes adviser.

Attorney at law graduated at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. In the last years he has developed his professional career like Corporative Coordinator of Legal proceedings-Taxes of Grupo Televisa Legal Vice-presidency. In this position he had the planning and implementation of diverse strategies in the matter of tax suit in benefit of the organizations of this commercial enterprise group. By virtue of his professional management, he obtained diverse precedents at Poder Judicial de la Federación (the judiciary), as well as Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa (Federal Tax Court) and Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo (Local Administrative Court), unique at this moment. He has a lot of experience in counselorship and tax and administrative suit.
