Marval O´Farrell Mairal advised Smurfit Kappa group in the acquisition of Argencraft 

Smurfit Kappa Group ("SKG") is one of the world’s largest integrated producers of paper packaging. On April 1st, SKG bought 100% of the outstanding shares of Argencraft S.A., with Marval O’Farrell Mairal’s advice. This transaction increases SKG’s operations in Argentina.
