Pérez-Llorca advises CBRE Global Investor

Pérez-Llorca advised CBRE Global Investors on the sale to the US private equity fund, Blackstone, of four buildings located in Madrid (the Citibank and Cedro Buildings) and Barcelona (the Sant Cugat and Imagina buildings). These buildings are currently occupied by companies such as Citibank, HP, Mediapro and Capgemini under lease agreements. The transaction value is approximately 135 million Euros. Pérez-Llorca advised the real estate investment management firm CBRE Global Investors on all matters related to the transaction.
