The Swedish Group Ferring Pharmaceuticals acquired Dupomar Lab

Ferring Pharmaceuticals, a global leader in biopharmaceuticals with offices based in 70 countries and a strong leadership in R&D comes to Argentina and Latin America. The Swedish company became the new owner of the Argentine company Dupomar and does not discard making any other acquisition in this market.

Dupomar?s transaction includes the transfer of the Argentine lab plant in the neighbourhood of La Paternal as well as 115 employees. The buyers were represented by Roxana Kahale and Matías Avila Nores from Beretta Kahale Godoy, and the sellers by Felipe Llerena and Heriberto Raggio from Llerena & Asociados Abogados and by Teresa Pintos from Abeledo Gottheil.
