Aimara Ramilo Silva

Aimara has experience in providing recurrent employment advice to HR departments of public and private entities, both nationally and internationally.

She has extensive experience in collective agreements, company restructuring, flexible work organisation systems and irregular distribution of working hours, equality plans, senior management contracts and in the management and processing of legal proceedings in all bodies of the social jurisdiction.

Academic Activities

• Aimara is a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Labour Law and the Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) since 2022.
