Amaia García Morales

Amaia is a lawyer specialised in labour and social security law. She has experience in the legal defence of labour disputes before the labour courts, advice on contractual matters, labour legislation, Social Security and labour inspections, as well as advising companies on equality plans.

She has extensive experience in proceedings before the labour, civil and criminal courts, with extensive knowledge of procedural matters and a multidisciplinary profile.

Education

• She studied Labour Legal Consultancy at CEF-UDIMA and is currently working on a research project on asset management in labour relations.

Memberships

• She is a member of the National Association of Labour Lawyers ( Asociación Nacional de Laboralistas ) (ASNALA) and Women in a Legal Word (WLW).
