He brings experience in the field of Civil-Commercial Litigation for more than 25 years, having litigated in practically all Courts and Tribunals (Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia, Provincial Courts and Courts of 1. Instance and of the Commercial) of the entire national territory.
He is a specialist in Civil Law and Catalan Civil Law, and specifically in the following areas: Inheritance Law: (wills, succession agreements, acceptance of inheritance, inventory, adjudication; actions for protection of inheritance rights), Real Estate Law, (division actions of common property, protection of property, usucapion, etc.), Contract Law (compliance and non-compliance), Tenancy Law and Horizontal Property, as well as a specialist in Civil Liability and in particular in medical civil liability actions.
