Partner. Employment Law
An employment lawyer with more than twelve years’ experience, he specialises in providing companies with comprehensive employment and social security advice and advising on employment relations for both domestic and international clients. His work includes hiring, negotiations, reviewing employment policies, matters involving employee representatives and company restructurings.
He also provides ongoing litigation services at every level of the labour courts, coordinating teams of lawyers and appearing directly in proceedings.
He has contributed to several publications on the most significant employment law judgments and regularly takes part in panel discussions, breakfast briefings and masterclasses.
EDUCATION
- Law degree and qualification as a corporate legal adviser from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).
- Master’s in Corporate Legal Advice from Instituto de Empresa and an Executive Development Programme at ESADE.
