Carlos Gutiérrez

Lawyer specialising in Banking and Finance and Real Estate. He has extensive experience advising domestic and international financial institutions on debt refinancing, project finance, syndicated and corporate finance, structured finance and other significant legal matters relating to the industry.

Before joining BROSETA, he worked at Baker McKenzie, where he became a partner in the practice in 2013. He also has experience in the legal departments of financial institutions, providing legal advice on commercial networks and on commercial and civil matters arising from their activities.






EDUCATION

• Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Master’s degree in Legal Practice from Universidad de Salamanca and Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from ESADE.
