Constanza Vergara

Constanza Vergara joined Pérez-Llorca in 1997 as an M&A lawyer, a role she held for eight years. She was appointed partner at Pérez-Llorca in 2009. She is currently responsible for the firm’s Human Resources, Communications, and Business Development and Marketing departments, among other responsibilities.

She has spoken at various conferences and teaches at several institutions and universities, including the International Bar Association (IBA), Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), Universidad de Navarra and Instituto de Empresa (IE).
