Profile

Cristián has extensive experience designing, assessing, implementing and managing projects at companies in the financial and professional services sectors.

He is responsible for Alessandri’s strategic, commercial, financial and administrative management. He oversees the definition of the firm’s competitive strategy and business processes, as well as the creation of management control models that enable the firm to serve clients comprehensively, efficiently and to high quality standards. As managing partner, he is responsible for developing, formulating and implementing Alessandri’s strategic talent management plan, one of the firm’s key business assets.

He leads the marketing and communications; operations and management control; finance; people; and administration teams.
