Partner. Head of the Tax practice
Specialist in corporate restructurings, tax audits, administrative claims and appeals, appeals before the Supreme Court and applications for constitutional relief before the Constitutional Court, among other matters. Extensive experience in sectors including renewable energy and healthcare.
He teaches and has taught at institutions including the Fundación Universidad-Empresa (ADEIT) of the University of Valencia, the Fundación de Estudios Financieros y Bursátiles (FEBF) and the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF).
Before joining BROSETA, he worked at firms including Andersen Tax & Legal, KPMG Abogados and Ernst & Young Abogados.
EDUCATION
- Law degree from the University of Valencia.
- Master’s in Tax Theory and Practice (Estema).
