Fausto Romero - Miura

Fausto Romero-Miura joined Pérez-Llorca in 2000 and was appointed partner in January 2007. He also heads the firm’s Asian Desk. In 2004, Fausto was seconded to Dewey Ballantine, LLP, in New York, where he joined the finance and projects team and worked on several international project acquisition and finance transactions.

Experience

Fausto advises domestic and international clients on all types of transactions involving the real estate market and energy sector, as well as the development, execution and acquisition of projects. He also advises on corporate transactions involving companies in the real estate and energy sectors, including joint ventures, private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

His main clients include domestic and international investors, investment funds, banks, insurance companies, domestic and international developers, end users, and industrial and services companies.

• Fausto has extensive teaching experience and regularly teaches on master’s programmes and at courses, seminars and conferences. He has also published numerous articles in legal and business publications, specialist journals, domestic and international publications, and the firm’s International Newsletter.
