Fernando Godoy

Fernando is one of the founding partners of BLP’s offices in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Over his 17 years of experience, he has advised domestic and multinational companies on corporate law matters, from day-to-day issues to private equity matters.

He also has experience in intellectual property litigation, as well as advising on the registration, protection and monitoring of intellectual property rights.

In 2015, he merged his firm, Godoy & Asociados, founded in 2013, with BLP, becoming one of the six partners in the firm’s offices in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
