Fernando Quicios joined Pérez-Llorca in 1999. After several years practising as a lawyer specialising in corporate and finance law, he was appointed partner in February 2006.
As an expert in corporate and finance law, he advises domestic and international clients on all types of corporate transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.
He is a member of Pérez-Llorca’s Insolvency and Renegotiation Group and has recently worked on significant transactions in this area. Fernando has also advised on all types of financing, both domestic and cross-border, usually in connection with acquisition, refinancing or project finance transactions.
This experience has enabled him to advise clients on complex transactions in these areas. His knowledge is particularly useful in transactions involving insolvency proceedings and renegotiations.
