Gerard Serra

Gerard joined Pérez-Llorca in 1995. An expert in real estate and corporate law, he has extensive experience in all legal aspects of real estate transactions, including investment, development and sales, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Gerard focuses on all aspects of real estate activity, an area in which he has established experience gained through his involvement in several of Spain’s major real estate transactions in recent years. He advises domestic and international clients on the development of a range of real estate projects, including shopping centres, residential properties, offices and hotels, at every stage: urban planning, development, construction and marketing. His advice also covers the legal aspects of project financing.

In this area, Gerard has extensive experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. His clients include private equity firms and individual investors, whom he advises on their investments in Spain and abroad.
